Then, the computer does not rollback to the original operating system. Additionally, the computer may restart continuously. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the rollback process does not initiate automatically after the upgrade process is unsuccessful. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, press the DOWN ARROW key, and then select the Windows Setup Rollback entry from the menu options when the computer restarts.
