On a Windows Vista-based computer, the DVB-T scan returns no results when you select "Russia" for the country setting in the TV Setup Wizard for Media Center

Consider the following scenario. On a Windows Vista Home Premium-based computer or on a Vista Ultimate Edition-based computer, you run the TV Setup Wizard for Media Center. During this process, you select Russia for the country setting, and then you click Start Scan. In this scenario, no service results are returned.

To work around this issue, select Germany for the country setting in the TV Setup Wizard for Media Center. This lets you receive DVB-T tuner signals in Russia.
