Error message when you run the Windows Media Center First Run Setup process in Windows Vista: "Tuner Not Found"

SYMPTOMS

After you run the Windows Media Center First Run Setup process, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:
Tuner Not Found
This issue occurs even though driver for the TV tuner was successfully installed. This issue also occurs even though Device Manager indicates that the device is working correctly.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if the TV tuner is not supported by Windows Media Center. This issue may occur even though Windows Vista may support the TV tuner.
