On This PageSYMPTOMSYou use a computer that is running Windows Vista Ultimate or Windows Vista Home Premium. When you use Windows Media Center to watch a DVD or to watch TV in full-screen mode, the computer goes to sleep. However, when the computer wakes up, the screen may be black. Or, the Media Center menu screen may be unresponsive. Note You may still hear audio by using the arrows on the keyboard to move around the Media Center menu.
