You run the Device Test Manager (DTM) that is included in the Windows Logo Kit component to create a logo submission. The Machine column and the Device column always show No Machines Specified or No Device Selected for systems submissions. These systems submissions include a failover cluster.
No action is required to resolve this behavior. This behavior does not indicate that the system submission has been incorrectly created.
