Messages may not be displayed correctly in the notification area on a computer that is running the Hebrew or Arabic version of Windows Vista

SYMPTOMS

On a version of Windows Vista that uses a right-to-left language, such as Hebrew or Arabic, messages that appear in the notification area may not be displayed correctly. For example, when you move the mouse pointer over an icon that shows the current screen resolution, you may receive a message that resembles the following:
x1280, Color: 32Bpp <characters>
In this example, you expect to receive a message that resembles the following:
1280 x 1024, Color: 32 Bpp
This problem occurs if the intended message starts with a number.

RESOLUTION

There is currently no available solution for this problem. However, you can safely ignore this problem because it does not affect the computer's performance.
