On a version of Windows Vista that uses a right-to-left language, such as Hebrew or Arabic, messages that appear in the notification area may not be displayed correctly. For example, when you move the mouse pointer over an icon that shows the current screen resolution, you may receive a message that resembles the following:
x1280, Color: 32Bpp <characters>
In this example, you expect to receive a message that resembles the following:
1280 x 1024, Color: 32 Bpp
This problem occurs if the intended message starts with a number.
