If you uninstall your default browser, you may encounter the following error message when you try to publish an image to an online photo-sharing Web site, such as Flickr:
The authorization process was not completed. Please try again
This issue occurs when the default browser is uninstalled and a new default browser has not been registered.
To resolve this issue, make sure that a browser is installed and a default browser is selected. To select the default browser, follow these steps:
- Windows XP
- Click Start, and then click Set Program Access and Defaults.
- In the Add or Remove Programs dialog box, select the configuration that applies to your situation:
- Microsoft Windows: Select this option if you are selecting a Microsoft browser as your default browser.
- Non-Microsoft: Select this option if you are selecting a non-Microsoft browser as your default browser.
- Select the browser program that you want to set as the default in the drop-down window, and then click OK.
- Windows Vista
- Click Start

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue. - Click Set Your Default Programs.
- In the Program List select the browser program that you want to use as your default browser.
- Click Set this program as default, and then click OK.
