Additionally, you may lose personalization data and functionality. Additionally, you may receive the following error message: An error occurred in the Handwriting recognition personalization tool CAUSEThis problem occurs when the InputPersonalization.exe process is not stopped correctly. When this occurs, the InkStore database is corrupted until the computer is restarted. If the database is migrated before the computer is restarted, the migrated data will permanently corrupt the InputPersonalization.exe process on the new computer. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, delete the InkStore database and all the database files. To do this, follow these steps:
