After you change the theme on a Windows Vista Tablet PC, the "Handwriting recognition personalization" tool is resized. When the tool is resized, the layout of the "Handwriting recognition personalization tool" becomes distorted.
This problem occurs because of a problem with the Windows Aero feature.
To resolve this problem, exit the "Handwriting recognition personalization" tool, and then restart the tool.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
