RESOLUTIONYou can safely ignore this event. The PCMCIA card still functions correctly. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. MORE INFORMATIONThe Event ID 9 error does not affect the functionality of the 16-bit PCMCIA card.
Additionally, 32-bit CardBus PCMCIA cards do not produce the Event ID 9 error.
