CAUSEThis problem occurs because the cached Unattend.xml file in the %Windir%\Panther directory is not marked as processed. When you restart the computer, the cached Unattend.xml file may be reused. Therefore, the unattend settings are processed again, and the computer shuts down again. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, use one of the following methods. Method 1Remove the cached Unattend.xml file from the %Windir%\Panther directory.Method 2Before you restart the computer, put a higher-precedence Unattend.xml file in the %Windir%\Panther\Unattend folder of the offline image.APPLIES TO
