If you try to upgrade the operating system to Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1) by using Windows Update or another method, you may experience a black screen issue after the computer is restarted.Symptom 2You are running a Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2)-based computer that has Onekey Recovery 5.0 installed. If you try to upgrade the operating system to Windows XP Service Pack 3 by using Windows Update or another method, you may experience a black screen issue after the computer is restarted.Note This issue occurs when the computer contains Onekey recovery software that is earlier than version 5.1.
