may randomly crash when you try to send or receive fax documents on a Windows
Server 2008-based or Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1)-based computer. When this problem occurs, you may find an event in the Application event log that resembles the following event: Faulting application WFS.exe or <application name>, version <version number>, time stamp <time stamp>, faulting module WFS.exe or <application name>, version <version number>, time stamp <time stamp>, exception code 0xc0000094, fault offset <offset>, process id <process ID>, application start time <start time>. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
