Please contact your network administrator or ISP. CAUSEThis behavior occurs if the DNS Client service is not started on the computer. The Domain Name System (DNS) Client service resolves and caches DNS names for the computer. If the DNS Client service is stopped, the computer cannot resolve DNS names and locate Active Directory domain controllers.
