SYMPTOMS

Crop marks may not print when using a custom page size in the Page menu, if either dimension (width or height) is near the dimension of the actual paper being used.

MORE INFORMATION

The crop marks indicate the horizontal and vertical edges of the custom page size listed in the Page menu. All the marks are printed 0.25 inch OUTSIDE the edges of the custom size. Thus, if your custom size is within 0.25 inch of the actual printed page size, the crop marks will not print -- they are effectively printing off the physical page. This measurement is also increased by any unprintable regions for this printer.
