Wrong Area Cut When Zoomed-In in Paint

If you cut a region in a Paint image that you select with the Free-Form Select tool while you are zoomed in, the wrong region is cut.

Use the regular Select tool while you are zoomed in, or zoom back out to use the Free-Form Select tool.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 95. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
