This article describes how to attach multiple files to a Microsoft
Exchange message in Windows 95.
To attach multiple files to a Microsoft Exchange message, use either of
the following methods:
Method 1
- In Microsoft Exchange, click New Message on the Compose menu.
- Enter the address and subject information in the To and Subject
boxes.
- Type the text you want in the body of the message.
- Start Windows Explorer.
- In Windows Explorer, use the right mouse button to click a file
you want to attach to the message, and then click Copy on the menu
that appears.
- Use the right mouse button to click anywhere in the body of the
Microsoft Exchange message, and then click Paste on the menu that
appears.
- Repeat steps 5-6 for each file you want to attach.
- Send the message normally.
Method 2
- Start Windows Explorer.
- Click the files you want to attach to a Microsoft Exchange message.
- On the File menu, point to Send To, and then click Mail Recipient.
- Enter the address and subject information in the To and Subject
boxes.
- Type the text you want in the body of the message.
- Send the message normally.
