For example, you may receive the following error message:
The rating label found for "http://www.<site>.com/~<name>/" does not belong to this page.
It is intended for "http://www.<site>.com/~<name>/" instead. CAUSE
This is a known issue with Internet Explorer when you are using the
RSACi - PICS rating system and you try to access a page containing a tilde
character (~) in its name
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use either of the following methods:

By using Content Advisor in Internet Explorer you can control the types of
content that your computer can access on the Internet. After you turn on
Content Advisor, only rated content that meets or exceeds your criteria can
be displayed.
NOTE: Content Advisor settings apply to all users on the local computer and cannot be changed by users who are not administrators on the local computer (Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 only). You cannot create different Content Advisor settings for different users on the same computer.
