SUMMARY

In a database results file, if you want a table to be printed once per record, you must surround the table with a detail section. If you want to display a table only if a certain condition is true, surround it with an If-Then Conditional section.

NOTE: In FrontPage 98, the Database Region Wizard replaces the Internet Database Connectivity Wizard to create Active Server Pages.

MORE INFORMATION

To completely surround a table with a detail section or an If-Then conditional section, select the table using the Select Table command on the Table menu. If you attempt to select the table by dragging the insertion point over the table, the <table> and </table> tags will not be selected. Example:
  1. Create a new page
  2. Insert a table (click Insert Table on the Table menu).
  3. Place the insertion point within the table.
  4. On the Table menu, click Select Table.
  5. On the Edit menu, click Database, and then select Detail Section or If-Then Conditional Section.
