Cannot Export Address Book Groups in Internet Mail

SYMPTOMS

When you export an address book from Internet Mail for Macintosh by clicking Export Address Book on the File menu, only individual user address book entries are appended to the export file. Group address book entries are not added.

STATUS

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
