FP97: Black & White, No Image Printing in Color to Epson Stylus

SYMPTOMS

In FrontPage Editor, when you print a Web page that contains color images, the color images are not printed or they print in black and white.

CAUSE

This problem occurs when you print to some color printers, such as the following printers: 
   Epson Stylus Color II
   Epson Stylus Color 800
   Lexmark Optra C

RESOLUTION

Print the Web page from another program. For example, click Preview In Browser on the File menu, and then print the page from your Web browser.

You can contact the printer manufacturer for an updated printer driver.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
