Fixacls.exe Not Available in Windows NT Server 4.0 Resource Kit

Fixacls.exe is a utility that resets the NTFS file and folder permissions on system files for Windows NT Server or Windows NT Workstation to their default values. It is not located in Supplement One of the Windows NT Server 4.0 Resource Kit, as expected.
