SYMPTOMS

When you try to add or subscribe to a channel in Internet Explorer, you may receive the following error message:
Error loading cdfview.dll.
Not enough storage is available to process this command.

CAUSE

You do not have enough free disk space for Internet Explorer to add or subscribe to the channel.

RESOLUTION

Increase the amount of free space on your hard disk by using one or more of the following methods:
  • Remove any unnecessary files from the hard disk. To do so, locate and click the files you want to delete in Windows Explorer, and then click Delete on the File menu.
  • Empty the Recycle Bin. To do so, right-click Recycle Bin on the desktop, click Empty Recycle Bin, and then click Yes when you are prompted to delete the files.

NOTE: If you want to delete individual files in the Recycle Bin, double-click Recycle Bin on the desktop, click the file you want to delete, and then click Delete on the File menu.
After you free some hard disk space, try to add or subscribe to the channel again.
