OLEXP: No Messages Appear After Downloading Newsgroup Headers

SYMPTOMS

When you download message headers from a newsgroup, the status bar indicates that 0 (zero) messages are downloaded and 0 (zero) messages are unread.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if Downloaded Messages is selected as the Current View.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, point to Current View on the View menu, and then click All Messages or Unread Messages.
