In Word, when you print document that contains a table, the text may
overflow the table boundaries.
This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
ExampleIf you have more text within a single table cell than will fit within the boundaries of the table cell, the text is "clipped" when you print it.--------------------------- |Text in this cell overflo| --------------------------- --------------------------- |Text in this cell overflo|ws the table boundaries --------------------------- WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, limit the amount of text within a single table
cell such that it does not overflow the table cell boundaries.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem
and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it
becomes available.
