WD98: Print Button Displays Print Dialog Box Instead of Printing Document

SYMPTOMS

When you click the Print button on the Standard toolbar, the Print dialog box is displayed (instead of your document being printed using the default printer settings).

To work around this problem, you can create a macro to print your document without displaying the Print dialog box. You can then assign the macro to a toolbar button.

The following macro prints the active document using the default printer Values:

   Sub DefPrint()
      ActiveDocument.PrintOut
   End Sub
