When you insert an attachment into an e-mail message, Microsoft Outlook
may place the attachment in a separate pane at the bottom of the message
rather than inline at the insertion point.
CAUSE
This behavior is by design when you use either HTML or Plain Text for your
default e-mail format.
RESOLUTION
To place the attachment inline in the message, use either Microsoft Outlook
Rich Text (RTF) or Microsoft Word as your default e-mail format.
