Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging
Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your
installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In
About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the
Corporate Workgroup installation.
SYMPTOMS
When you reply to or forward a message received via the Internet using the
Internet E-mail service in Microsoft Outlook 98, and have reply ticking
enabled, the line breaks do not remain the same as in the original message.

The symptom described above is not affected by the message format, sending
format, or the "wrap text at X characters per line" setting.
When you reply to or forward a message, Outlook allows you to prefix each line of text of the original message with a character, such as an angle bracket (>). This is known as reply ticking. To enable reply ticking, follow these steps:
