When you use the Signature Verification tool in Windows 98 to view signed
or unsigned files, a large number of files may be displayed.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you click Not Signed Files in the Look For box
in the Signature Verification tool to display Windows 98 files that are
not signed.
