SYMPTOMS

When you scroll the FrontPage 98 window while using Hyperlink view, you may see horizontal and vertical lines on the screen when it is redrawn.

This behavior occurs when using FrontPage 98 on a Windows 98 computer.

RESOLUTION

Install the FrontPage 98b patch. You can obtain the update at the following Microsoft World Wide Web site:
