SendSMTP: Wrong Time Zone Handling

SYMPTOMS

When the English version of Microsoft Site Server Commerce Edition is installed on a on a computer running the Japanese version of Microsoft Windows NT and the time zone is specified GMT+0900, a wrong time zone may be received.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, apply the latest Site Server 3.0 service pack.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Site Server version 3.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. service pack for Microsoft Site Server version 3.0.
