SYMPTOMS

If a query field name used in the Database Region Wizard contains a space, it may return zero results for that field.

CAUSE

This problem occurs if the query field name you used in the Database Region Wizard does not exactly match the field name used in the database.

RESOLUTION

To determine if the query field name exactly matches the field name used in the database, follow these steps:

Open the page that contains the Database Region Wizard.
Right-click the database region and then click Database Column Value Properties on the menu that appears.
Check the Database Column Value for the query field that is not returning any results. Verify that it exactly matches the field name used in the database.
