Error Message: Failed to Load Resource DLL

When you uninstall and then attempt to reinstall the Banyan Vines 32-bit client by clicking Add, clicking Client, clicking Add, clicking Vines32, and then clicking OK in the Network tool in Control Panel, you may receive the following error message:

This behavior can occur because the Banyan Vines setup information files (INFs) are not correctly identified when you attempt to reinstall the Banyan Vines 32-bit client.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double- click Network.
2. Click Add, click Client, click Add, and then click Have Disk.
3. Click the folder in which the Banyan Vines client files are located.
4. Click Ok, and then restart your computer when prompted.
