When an .htm file is open in HTML Help Workshop and you click Display In Browser, the following error message appears:

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.

This bug has been resolved in version 1.22 of HTML Help. If you already have version 1.21 installed, you only need to obtain the Hhupd.exe file, which will update your components to version 1.22. This file can be found at:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/tools/htmlhelp/wkshp/download_main.htm (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/tools/htmlhelp/wkshp/download_main.htm)
To view the uncompiled .htm file in a browser with or without upgrading to version 1.22, double-click the file in Windows Explorer (outside of HTML Help Workshop).
