Sending e-mail from Microsoft Office 2000 programs, using Microsoft Outlook
2000, may send the message in HTML format even though the default mail
format is Microsoft Outlook Rich Text.

By default, the other Office programs send messages in HTML format so that
the recipient does not have to have Office to read the message.
To assure that mail is sent from other Office programs in Rich Text format, you must mark the recipient's address record as "Always send in Outlook Rich Text format". To do this, follow these steps:
