History Folder Does Not Contain Web Pages

SYMPTOMS

Web pages that you view with Internet Explorer may not appear in your History folder.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if your user name contains a number sign (#) or an at sign (@). For example, this behavior can occur if your user name is "User#1" or "User@Work".

RESOLUTION

To prevent this behavior from occurring, do not use a number sign or an at sign in your user name.
