MORE INFORMATION
When hidden forms are published, they cannot be directly accessed by
someone. These forms are typically accessed by an action on a custom form.
Actions are used to launch another form, such as when a user clicks Reply
or Forward on a mail message form. Hidden forms are often used as "second-
level" forms when designing a Microsoft Outlook forms solution. When you make a form hidden,
users cannot launch the form by itself.
To hide a form, use one of the following methods. Method 1In Form Design mode, click to select the Use form only for responses option on the Properties page of the form.Method 2Use the Manage Forms window.Important In Microsoft Outlook 2000, this method is only available if Outlook is installed in Corporate mode or in Workgroup mode.
