SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to delete a file from Download Manager, you may be unable to do so.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you click the file and then press DEL.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, use either of the following methods:
  • Click the file, and then press COMMAND+DEL.
  • Drag the file from Download Manager to the Trash.
