SYMPTOMS

When you open a Web page you saved as Plain Text, the page may be blank.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you save a Web page as Plain Text before the page has finished loading. The text for a Web page may not be available until the Web page is fully loaded.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, do not try to save a Web page as Plain Text before the page has finished loading.
