You try to create a Microsoft Exchange Server Script in a public folder
using Outlook, but the Agents tab does not appear in the
folder properties.
CAUSE
The Server Scripting extension for Outlook is not turned on by default.
RESOLUTION
To turn on the Server Scripting extension, follow these steps:
