SYMPTOMS

After you upgrade Netscape Communicator version 4.0 to Internet Explorer version 4.0, your Netscape Communicator Personal toolbar and its associated bookmarks are not imported.

To resolve this problem, upgrade Netscape Communicator version 4.0 to Internet Explorer version 4.01 or later.
