You can download the Sp4rk_i386.exe file for x86-based computers
or the Sp4rk_axp.exe for alpha-based computers. Each of these self-extracting
files contains a setup program and all of the files necessary to install the
Windows NT 4.0 Resource Kit Support Tools and documentation on your
computer.
Tool Definitions

Windows NT only. The default folder where they install is C:\Program
