SYMPTOMS
When you start Microsoft WordPad, and then use the Lotus ScreenCam 96 to record a screen, you may receive the following error message:
WORDPAD Caused a General Protection Fault in Module SCVRECD2.DLL
CAUSE
This issue can occur because WordPad and ScreenCam 96 attempt to use the Riched20.dll file at the same time.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact Lotus to obtain the latest version of ScreenCam. For information about ScreenCam, click the following link to view the Lotus Web site:
