SYMPTOMS

You cannot use the arrow keys to move from one button to another in either the Customize or Standard screens during the installation of Internet Explorer 5.

RESOLUTION

Use the TAB key or the mouse to move from one button to another.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
