SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to delete history items, only some items may be deleted.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if you delete history items in the History Explorer bar.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, follow these steps:

Click Start, click Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Clear History.
Click OK.
