FP2000: "Enable Collapsible Outlines" Option Does Not Appear in Bullets and Numbering Dialog Box

When you select some text and click Bullets and Numbering on the Format menu, the Enable Collapsible Outlines check box does not appear.

In order to apply collapsible outlines, you must first create the bulleted or numbered list and then add the collapsible outline. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Type some text on a new page.
2. Select the text, and click Bullets and Numbering on the Format menu.
3. Click the Numbers tab. Click to select the capitalized letters list (the selection on the lower left), and then click OK.
   
   NOTE: Notice that there is no check box in this dialog box for collapsible outlines.
4. Select the text, and click Bullets and Numbering on the Format menu.
5. Click to select the Enable Collapsible Outlines check box, and then click OK.
