SYMPTOMS

When you customize the Office Shortcut Bar, you may receive the following error:

This Program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

If you click details:
MSOFFICE caused an invalid page fault in Module Kernel32.DLL at 015f:bff7al3d.

This behavior occurs when you right-click an item in the Settings tab under Customize.
