Cannot Manage Subscriptions While Using Compatibility Mode

SYMPTOMS

While you are using Compatibility mode, you cannot manage subscriptions. If you click Manage Subscriptions on the Favorites menu, nothing happens, and you receive no error message.

The user interface for managing subscriptions or channels has been changed in Internet Explorer 5.
