CAUSE
This error can be caused by missing or damaged files on the presenter computer, or by problems with the NetShow server. THINGS TO TRY
Repair Office 2000 to ensure that all files are present and registered properly on the presenter computer.
If you continue to experience the problem, please try a new online broadcast for testing purposes. Create a new online broadcast using only the Presenter Machine and one audience member. Do not use a NetShow server. If this test is successful, the issue is being caused by the NetShow server. In this case, consult your NetShow documentation.
