Cannot Save an Account ID that Contains an At Sign (@) Symbol

When you save an Account ID in Internet Explorer that contains an @ (at sign) symbol, the @ symbol and any text after the @ symbol is displayed in the POP Server box.

This issue occurs because you cannot use an Account ID in Internet Explorer that contains the @ symbol.

To resolve this issue, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to see if you can use an alternate character in your Account ID.
